Here is a picture of Matt and Mark doing what they love the most drinking home brew and talking about brewing their own beer and someday possibly opening their own brew house. They spend a lot of time in the garage doing who knows what. As I said on the last entry Matt, Mark (our neighbor) and Joel went to the Summit brewery in St. Paul and they had a blast. They were able to sample many different kinds of beer. Before the tour they went and ate at the Great Waters restaurant and brewery and sampled some more beer and got a Growler to go. At the end of the day they went to Northern Brewer to buy some supplies for the next batch. They all came back very happy and a little tired.
